Our Curriculum

The Four Pillars.

One framework woven through every format — after-school, camps, IGTC, and Saturday Academy. Each pillar gives mentors a shared language and gives students something to practice, not just hear.

I Can.

Confidence

Effort, voice, and preparation change outcomes. Built through repetition, responsibility, and visible wins.

We Can.

Collaboration

Working with others, communicating under pressure, and seeing the group as part of the goal.

Let's Go.

Leadership

Leadership as action, not status. Initiative, encouragement, and decision-making inside the group.

We Rise.

Resilience

Recovering, regulating, and keeping moving. Practiced through setbacks, re-entry, and sustained effort.

How We Operate

The college athlete experience, built for district procurement.

We created the first turnkey model that puts K-12 students on real college campuses with trained athlete mentors. From campus tours and live games to year-round after-school programming, we built every piece to clear the compliance bar your district requires.

What you feel on the other side is simplicity. We recruit, vet, train, schedule, supervise, and document everything, so your team gets a high-impact program without building the operating system.

Behind the Scenes

Simple for site teams. High-touch behind the scenes.

01
Recruit and clear mentors

College athletes are sourced, background-checked, and trained before they ever reach students.

02
Build around your sites

Schedules, age groups, ratios, and program goals are scoped to fit the district instead of forcing a generic template.

03
Run the program day to day

Mentor supervision, curriculum delivery, and on-site consistency stay on our side of the table.

04
Document and report

Attendance, staffing verification, and reporting-ready language are built in from the start.

One partner. One point of contact. One operating model that can scale across after-school, Saturdays, summer, and university experiences.
